Biochem/physiol Actions
P物质(SP)具有促炎、内分泌、神经调节和营养活性。P物质受体(SPR)与配体SP结合后,会促进粒细胞外渗和炎症及组织紊乱。另外,该受体激活还可增强磷酸肌醇代谢,合成1,4,5-三磷酸肌醇和二酰基甘油,从而导致内质网释放Ca2+并激活蛋白激酶C。 SPR及其配体可刺激多种癌症的肿瘤血管生成和细胞增殖。抑制P物质受体可抑制神经母细胞瘤(NB)细胞的生长。因此,SPR可能是多种神经母细胞瘤患者的潜在治疗靶点。SP-SPR复合物还参与疼痛传递的调节。

General description
P物质受体(SPR),又称神经激肽受体1(NK-1 R),是具有7个跨膜结构域的G蛋白偶联受体家族的成员。SPR基因有5个外显子,基因组DNA跨越45-60kb,定位于人类2号染色体。SPR在中枢神经系统中高度表达。
Immunogen
对应于大鼠NK1R C端的合成肽(氨基酸393-407)。该序列在小鼠、豚鼠和人NK1R中高度保守,但在其他速激肽受体亚型NK2R和NK3R中有差异。
Physical form
0.01M 磷酸缓冲盐溶液,pH 7.4,含 15mM 叠氮化钠。
