一般描述
链霉亲和素是一种58 kDa蛋白质，是从抗生链霉菌纯化所得的高四聚体。它对生物素具有较高的亲和力。链霉亲和素已可与过氧化物酶或碱性磷酸酶(ALP)偶联结合。这些酶相对稳定且针对不同应用提供了广泛的适宜底物，因而常被用作蛋白偶联物。在免疫测定中，ALP与链霉亲和素偶联结合。
应用
最佳的工作稀释度应通过 1mg/mL 的储存缓冲液进行一系列的稀释后凭经验确定。
链霉亲和素碱性磷酸酶来自抗生蛋白链霉菌，已用于酶联免疫吸附斑点(ELISpot)印迹，以检测生产干扰素(IFN-γ)的细胞。
单位定义
一单位碱性磷酸酶可在pH9.8，37℃条件下每分钟水解1.0 μmole p-硝基苯磷酸。
外形
