一般描述

亚精胺属于天然多胺,存在于叶绿体、细菌或真核细胞中。

应用

亚精胺可用于制备金珠并用作核分离缓冲液(NIB)成分。
精胺适合用于分子生物缓冲液和> 100 bp DNA沉淀。它被用来在植物和哺乳动物细胞中,通过粒子轰击技术,传递DNA。

生化/生理作用

亚精胺有助于维持基因表达的正常活性。此多胺在中间代谢中起关键作用。也可用作E1A相关蛋白p300(EP300)乙酰转移酶活性的抑制剂。亚精胺参与细胞生长。
抑制神经元型一氧化氮合成酶(nNOS)。结合和沉淀DNA,可用于DNA结合蛋白纯化。激活T4聚核苷酸激酶活性。

注意

如果需要无菌溶液,则应采用无菌过滤而非高压灭菌。时间一长,亚精胺将发生脱氨基作用;溶液应采用冷冻保存。通常需要配制新溶液。
