脂肪酸结合蛋白(FABP2)在膳食长链脂肪酸的吸收和细胞内转运中起着重要作用。也支持脂肪酸代谢。FABP2可能是糖尿病和胰岛素抵抗的候选基因。还参与脂质代谢和脂肪生成。
