生化/生理作用
IL-6 是一种多效性细胞因子，通过调节免疫和炎症反应在宿主防御中发挥重要作用。IL-6 由 T 细胞、单核细胞、成纤维细胞、内皮细胞和角质形成细胞产生，具有多种生物学功能。刺激 B 细胞分化和抗体生成，与 IL-3 协同作用于巨核细胞发育和血小板生成，诱导肝脏急性期蛋白表达，调节骨代谢。
