百日咳毒素(PT)是由1个活性亚基(A)和5个结合亚基(B5)组成的多亚基复合物毒素。百日咳毒素通过结合细胞表面糖基化分子经由内吞作用进入哺乳动物细胞。
应用
由百日咳博德特氏菌释放的无活性毒素形式。
百日咳毒素(来自百日咳鲍特菌)用途:作为趋化因子(CXCR4)受体Gαi亚基的抑制剂,用于检测乳腺癌细胞系中的胞内Ca2+,用于分析参与ADP诱导的组织因子(TF)和P-选择素暴露的Gi信号传导,用于诱导大鼠模型的自身免疫血管炎
