一般描述
棕榈酸甲酯(PAME)是棕榈酸的脂肪酸酯,是一种麝香葡萄糖受体拮抗剂。棕榈酸甲酯起到血管扩张剂的作用,并在电去极化过程中,可使视网膜中的小动脉松弛。在上颈神经节中,棕榈酸甲酯可调节烟碱受体。内源性棕榈酸甲酯可调节上颈神经节中烟碱受体介导的信号传递。PAME可激活Kv7通道并促进血管周围脂肪组织。
应用
利用激光多普勒血流计(LDF)实验,研究人员已使用棕榈酸甲酯对脑血流的影响进行检测 并且将其作为标准品对气相色谱−质谱仪的保留指数(RI)进行确定
