组分

碱性磷酸酶以50% (w/v) 甘油溶液的形式提供，溶液中还含有 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.2)、50 mM KCl、1 mM MgCl ₂ 和 0.1 mM ZnCl ₂。还包括 10X CIP 缓冲液（产品编号 C3225）。
