一般描述
奥卡西平（OXC）是卡马西平的酮类似物。与卡马西平不同，奥卡西平并没有副作用。它是一种具有抗癌作用的抗癫痫药。它相对于卡马西平具有药代动力学优势。它被指定用于神经性疼痛并可有效缓解三叉神经痛。OXC对其单羟基衍生物的分解代谢具有显著的药理特性。它可调节钾通道和电压依赖性钠通道。OXC能够调节收集小管中的V2受体-G蛋白复合物，并用于治疗尿崩症。
应用
奥卡西平已被用于人类癫痫性脑内皮细胞的反相高效液相色谱分析中。
生化/生理作用
抗惊厥药，止痛药。抑制藜芦碱诱导的递质释放。
