一般描述

天然蛋白去糖基化设计用于 PNGase F 抗性天然蛋白 N-连接寡糖的去糖基化。内切糖苷酶 F1、F2 和 F3 对蛋白质构象的敏感性低于 PNGase F,更适用于去除所有类别的 N-连接寡糖而不使蛋白质变性。
用神经氨酸酶、 β-半乳糖苷酶和 N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶处理糖蛋白,可将所有复杂的寡糖还原为三甘露糖基壳二糖核心。在某些情况下可能需要岩藻糖苷酶。残留的三甘露糖基壳二糖核心结构则可通过内切糖苷酶F3去除。内切糖苷酶F2和F3可即刻分别去除双触角和三触角结构。内切糖苷酶F1可去除低聚甘露糖和杂合结构。

应用

天然蛋白去糖基化试剂盒用于各种酶的 N-去糖基化,适用漆酶、 番茄核酸酶TBN1和内切-β-1,3-葡聚糖酶。

储存及稳定性

NDEGLY 套件用湿冰运输,建议储存在2°C至8°C条件下。如按照指示说明储存,则该套件有效期至少为一年。只在环境温度下暴露几天,不会降低该试剂盒中酶的活性。
