一般描述

烟酰胺(NAM)属于维生素B家族,是微生物B3的酰胺形式。烟酰胺存在于食物中,是烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD)和烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(NADP)的组分这一。色氨酸是肝脏中合成NAM的前体。[1]NAM控制细胞代谢,氧化反应,线粒体功能和能量产生。它促进天然杀手细胞增生和生存。[2]NAM有神经保护功能,促进神经元成熟。它能够跨越血脑屏障,在缺血性中风和创伤性脑损伤中提供保护。NAM可能对于阿尔兹海默症,帕金森症和亨廷顿病有治疗作用。[3]

应用

烟酰胺用于肠道干细胞类器官培养,[4]食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)[5],胰腺肿瘤类器官[6]和胰腺祖细胞诱导培养基补充剂。[7]

生化/生理作用

烟酰胺是维生素B3的酰胺衍生物,是PARP抑制剂
