生化/生理作用

尼氟酸(NFA)是一种γA型氨基丁酸受体(GABAAR)拮抗剂,同时也是一种非甾体类抗炎药(NSAID),属于芬那酯(fenamate)类。它还是氯离子通道阻断剂和钙激活性氯离子通道(CaCC)抑制剂。NFA具有抗炎特性,可用于治疗风湿病。它也是N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体和甘氨酸受体的抑制剂。NFA还抑制与前列腺素合成相关的酶。
选择性环氧化酶-2 (COX-2) 抑制剂。
