尼氟酸（NFA）是一种γA型氨基丁酸受体（GABAAR）拮抗剂，同时也是一种非甾体类抗炎药（NSAID），属于芬那酯（fenamate）类。它还是氯离子通道阻断剂和钙激活性氯离子通道（CaCC）抑制剂。NFA具有抗炎特性，可用于治疗风湿病。它也是N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体和甘氨酸受体的抑制剂。NFA还抑制与前列腺素合成相关的酶。
