一般描述
血红蛋白（Hb）适应含铁金属蛋白质，是脊椎动物中氧气传递的主要方式。血红蛋白主要在红血细胞中它构成了细胞′s97%的干重。血红细胞还会存在在其他组织中，作为抗氧化剂。多种疾病，比如贫血和多细胞血症，会改变血液中血红细胞水平。
应用
血红细胞分析试剂盒可以用来检测血红细胞浓度。
适于检测血液、血清、血浆和尿液等多种样品中的血红蛋白成分。 本试剂盒可用于研究各类化合物对血红蛋白代谢和表达水平的调控作用。
生化/生理作用
该分析是根据改进Triton™[NP1]/NaOH方法，血红细胞被转化成比色产物，在400nm测量。该分析在96孔板分析中检测范围为 0.9-200 mg/dL。
