一般描述

最小必需培养基Eagle(MEM)是一种合成细胞培养基,由Harry Eagle开发。它有更高浓度的氨基酸,所以培养基更接近培养哺乳动物细胞的蛋白质组成。在含有Hanks或Earle盐的配方中选择补充非必需氨基酸,可增强该培养基的用途。Earle平衡盐的MEM修饰也称为αMEM,含有非必需氨基酸、丙酮酸钠和其他维生素。
