蝇蕈醇(Muscimol)是一种异噁唑类精神性物质,主要存在于毒蝇伞(Amanita muscaria)等菇类中。可降低大脑糖代谢,提高脑中的5-羟色胺浓度。蝇蕈醇具有致幻作用。与感知曲解、恶心和呕吐有关联。
