生化/生理作用
二氢辣椒素/8-甲基-N-香草基壬酰胺;N-[−4-羟基-3-甲氧苄基] 8-甲基壬酰胺(DHC)是辣椒中的辣椒素类活性组分。二氢辣椒素可降低体温,因此可作为药物诱导性低温(PIH)候选药物治疗心脏骤停(CA)患者。它可能还具有抗癌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗肥胖作用。二氢辣椒素可能有助于降低缺血再灌注(I/R)损伤中的氧化应激和抗炎作用。二氢辣椒素可抑制活化B细胞核因子κ-轻链增强子(NF-κB)信号转导通路。
