Biochem/physiol Actions
乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)有助于乳酸可逆转化为丙酮酸。
还可催化其他 L-2-羟基单羧酸的氧化反应。
General description
乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)是一种糖酵解酶。它存在于骨骼肌、心脏、肝脏、肾脏、大脑、肺和红细胞中。它由五种同工酶组成。LDH具有四聚体结构。
