藤黄节杆菌(Arthrobacter luteus )裂解酶已用于裂解真菌细胞壁,分离DNA。

生化/生理作用

溶壁酶(Lyticase)常用于真菌研究,特别是用于PCR法(聚合酶链式反应)物种鉴定。可断链糖基之间的β(1→3)和β(1→4)键。溶菌酶是巨噬细胞介导宿主反应的指示剂,与白细胞死亡有关,具有高周转率。多种慢性炎症、炎症性肠病、血液病和肾病中都发现血清溶菌酶浓度提高。鸡蛋白中的C型溶菌酶常用作蛋白结构和功能的研究模型。胞壁质酶主要对革兰氏阳性菌具有杀菌活性。手册所述凝胶过滤色谱法测定分子量是现有发表方法的改良版。该试剂盒中的蛋白标准品可能适合其他色谱方法,如高效液相色谱(HPLC)。但是,某些缓冲体系可能会影响白蛋白和碳酸酐酶的洗脱体积。该试剂盒中的蛋白分子量范围为29 kDa至699 kDa。
