Application

山奈酚(KAE)已用于：

Biochem/physiol Actions

山奈酚因含有二苯丙烷成分而具有疏水性。它可逆转佛波酯处理小鼠成纤维细胞或v-H-ras转化NIH 3T3细胞的表型转化。山奈酚可诱导核DNA的高强度降解，并伴随有脂质过氧化作用。它也可以抑制拓扑异构酶I催化的DNA重连。山奈酚还能抑制脂肪酸合酶活性。
有效的破骨细胞骨吸收抑制剂。认为该作用归因于山奈酚的抗氧化和雌激素活性。

General description

山奈酚是一种天然的黄酮类膳食物质和多酚类抗氧化剂，存在于多种水果和蔬菜中。在植物中，山奈酚通过与不同的糖类结合而以不同的糖苷形式存在，比如紫云英苷（山奈酚-3-O-葡萄糖苷）。
