一般描述

应用

山奈酚(KAE)已用于:

锑的显色剂在低 ppm 范围内 ,镓和铟的显色剂在亚 ppm 范围内。

生化/生理作用

山奈酚因含有二苯丙烷成分而具有疏水性。它可逆转佛波酯处理小鼠成纤维细胞或v-H-ras转化NIH 3T3细胞的表型转化。山奈酚可诱导核DNA的高强度降解,并伴随有脂质过氧化作用。它也可以抑制拓扑异构酶I催化的DNA重连。山奈酚还能抑制脂肪酸合酶活性。
有效的破骨细胞骨吸收抑制剂。认为该作用归因于山奈酚的抗氧化和雌激素活性。
