生化/生理作用
白介素2(IL2)是一种促炎性细胞因子。它由三个亚基组成,其中β亚基对于受体介导的信号传导很重要。IL2增强T调节细胞的发育,并在抗肿瘤免疫中起关键作用。
白细胞介素-2(IL-2)是由某些T淋巴细胞亚群产生的免疫调节因子。该淋巴因子能够促进活化T细胞和相关细胞类型的长期生长。IL-2在NK细胞的激活和增殖、诱导γ-干扰素和B细胞生长因子分泌中发挥作用,并且能够调节IL-2受体的表达。
