一般描述

应用
单克隆抗白介素-6抗体可用于ELISA，最小值抗体浓度为4μg/ml。对于免疫印迹，可使用1-2 μg/mL的工作抗体浓度。该抗体可用于中和测定；ND50为0.01-0.15 μg/ml。为了中和来自人外周血单核细胞的IL-6，使用了2.5μ g/ml的浓度。
外形
从磷酸盐缓冲盐水中的0.2 μm过滤溶液冻干。
制备说明
使用蛋白A纯化。
