General description
Iscove′s 改良 Dulbecco′s 培养基含有硒、额外的氨基酸和维生素、丙酮酸钠、4-（2-羟乙基）-1-哌嗪乙磺酸（HEPES）缓冲液和硝酸钾（而不是硝酸铁），是 Dulbecco′s 改良 Eagle′s 培养基（DME）的改良。Iscove′s 培养基可用于支持小鼠 B 淋巴细胞、骨髓造血组织、脂多糖刺激的 B 细胞、T 淋巴细胞和各种杂交细胞。
