FLT3 (Fms-like tyrosine kinase) is a member of the tyrosine kinase (RTK) family. It has an extracellular domain consisting of five immunoglobulin-like domains and an intracellular kinase domain interrupted by a kinase insert. It is located on human chromosome 13q12.

生化/生理作用
Mutation in FLT3 (Fms-like tyrosine kinase) results in acute myeloid leukemia and it also induces Warburg effect. FLT3offers therapeutic sensitivity to glycolytic inhibition.
