Biochem/physiol Actions

富含亮氨酸重复序列的G蛋白偶联受体5 (LGR5) 结合R-spondin并增强Wnt/β-连环蛋白 (Wnt/β-catenin) 信号通路活性。它刺激肿瘤发展和诱导结直肠癌发生发展。Lgr5是多种成人组织的潜在干细胞标志物。它在多种癌症中都有临床病理学意义，包括结肠、胃、肝和食管癌。Lgr5表达增加与卵巢、结肠和肝细胞癌有关。

General description

富含亮氨酸重复序列的G蛋白偶联受体5 (LGR5) 是7次跨膜的G蛋白偶联受体。它属于糖蛋白激素受体家族成员。LGR5存在于内膜层中。LGR5基因位于人染色体12q21.1上。
