General description

CSF1R 位于人类染色体 5q32。
CSF1R(集落刺激因子1受体)是III型受体酪氨酸激酶,是血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)受体家族的一员。结构上,它由5个免疫球蛋白样结构域、一个跨膜结构域、一个近膜结构域(JM)和一个被插入结构域(KID)分隔成两部分的蛋白激酶结构域组成。

Biochem/physiol Actions
