Hck is a member of the Src family of non-receptor associated protein tyrosine kinases (PTK).

Physical form

Solution in 50 mM Tris pH 7.5, containing 0.05 mM EDTA, 1mM DTT, 100 mM NaCl, 0.05% NP-40, and 50% glycerol.

Other Notes

One unit will transfer 1 nanomole of phosphate per minute using polyE4Y as the substrate at pH 7.5 at 30 °C
