General description
原位杂交检测在细胞水平上检测基因的特定核酸序列。杂交溶液用于增强组织切片上DNA探针和目标mRNA之间的杂交形成。它可用于原位杂交实验中探针的重组和/或稀释,或作为阴性对照品(无探针)。
