Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

Preparation Note

该产物通过离子交换色谱法进行纯化。 潮霉素B可以>50 mg/mL的浓度溶于水，也可溶于甲醇或乙醇。 溶液应通过过滤而非高压灭菌进行灭菌。 另外，据报道潮霉素B溶液在冷冻时会失去活性，并且其在冷藏可保持稳定，因此应避免冷冻。

Disclaimer

潮霉素B产品应在2-8°C的温度下保存，其干燥固定形式可在2-8°C的温度下保存至少五年。其在37°C下可稳定30天。 （对于溶液）如果在2-8°C下保存，该溶液可在两年内保持稳定。
