生化/生理作用
氢化可的松(也称为皮质醇)是由肾上腺分泌的一种内源性糖皮质激素。它由下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴产生。氢化可的松能够糖皮质激素受体相互作用,并调节各种信号通路。它与能量调动的诱导、脑灌注率的增加和局部葡萄糖消耗有关。此外,这一物质还与心血管输出量和呼吸的增加、血液的重新分配、大脑和肌肉中分子和能量输送以及免疫反应的调节有关。
