一般描述

应用

氢化可的松可用于以下应用:
  • 用于肌原性的诱导和鉴定
  • 用于长期基质培养和甲基纤维素培养(作为培养基中的成分之一)
  • 用于成脂分化(作为成脂培养基中的成分之一)
  • 用于细胞培养:将人乳腺上皮细胞MCF-10A细胞保存在补充有氢化可的松及其他成分的DMEM/F12中
  • SUM149细胞系是从原始IBC建立的,并在补充有FBS的含胰岛素和氢化可的松的Ham′s F12培养基中进行生长
  • 可用于黑色素瘤球状细胞的分化测定中

生化/生理作用

肾上腺皮质分泌的原始糖皮质激素。它的抗炎效力是皮质酮的三倍,但 Na2+ 保留效力要低得多。

外形

室温下为粉末状;分成小份冻存,以避免使用时反复冷冻/解冻

重悬

要制备 50μg/mL 的储存液,可加入 1mL 无水乙醇,温和搅拌使之溶解,在搅拌下加入 19mL 无菌培养基。
