GSK3B(糖原合成酶激酶 3β)是 GSK3 酶的两种亚型之一,两者由不同的基因编码。这种蛋白质主要是细胞质,但也被发现集中在细胞核和线粒体。是一种蛋白质-丝氨酸激酶。该蛋白的核心含有一个蛋白激酶结构域,由 482 个氨基酸组成,分子量为 46712 Da。其组织表达范围广,在脑内表达量最高。
