应用
来源于米尔伊丽莎白菌的糖苷内切酶F1已被用于解除人血色素沉着蛋白 (HFE) 与阳离子非依赖性甘露糖-6-磷酸受体 (CI-MPR) 的结合并用于岩藻糖基化 N-糖肽的糖基化。
切割天冬酰胺连接或游离的低聚甘露糖、以及杂化但不是复合的低聚糖。
生化/生理作用
来源于米尔伊丽莎白菌的糖苷内切酶F1在蛋白质聚糖结构中壳二糖核心的两个N-乙酰葡糖胺残基的裂解中起到重要作用。它介导高甘露糖和杂交寡聚糖的裂解。

单位定义
