生化/生理作用
抗生物素蛋白 (Avidin) 是一种四聚体或二聚体的生物素结合蛋白，产生于鸟类、爬行动物和两栖动物的输卵管中，并沉积在其蛋清中。由生物素的 4 个高亲和力结合位点组成。ExtrAvidin ® 由蛋清亲和素制备而成。它是亲和纯化亲和素的改良形式，具有亲和素的高比活性和链霉亲和素的低背景染色。是一种由 阿维迪链霉菌 产生的生物素结合蛋白。抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶可与生物素以不同的技术联合使用。
通过免疫电泳发现本品与抗亲和素（目录号 A5170）反应，与抗链霉亲和素（目录号 S6390）不反应。

含有0.05% MIT的0.01M磷酸盐缓冲盐水（pH7.4）溶液
制备说明
亲和纯化蛋白
储存在2-8 °C条件下。切勿冷冻。如果长期储存时出现轻微混浊，使用前通过离心澄清溶液。
