2′,7′-二氯二氢荧光素二乙酸酯(DCFH-DA)是一种对氧化敏感的荧光染料,用于检测细胞内活性氧(ROS)水平。DCFH-DA是一种细胞渗透性非荧光探针,可被细胞内酯酶水解为DCFH,当被细胞内的ROS氧化时形成荧光DCF。
The excitation wavelength is 504 nm and emission wavelength is 529 nm in ethanol. The use of DMSO as the solvent has not been determined, however various publications suggest that it is suitable.
