  • 培养离体胫骨前肌纤维以测定乳酸含量
  • 培养用于成骨分化的人骨髓间充质干细胞，制备培养人肝细胞癌HepG2细胞的低糖培养基

制备说明

按照每升培养基8.3克粉末配制。
补充1.0g/L葡萄糖，0.584g/L L-谷氨酰胺，3.7g/L碳酸氢钠。
