Biochem/physiol Actions

General description
胶原蛋白由三个多肽链组成。2型胶原蛋白广泛存在于透明软骨中。它是由三个α1链组成的三同聚体。2型胶原蛋白也主要存在于椎间盘髓核和眼玻璃体中。从鸡胸骨软骨中提取的蛋白多糖与九型胶原蛋白结构相似。
胶原蛋白被分为许多种结构和遗传性不同的类型。我们使用Bornstein和Traub提出的命名法。不要混淆Sigma分类标识和公认的胶原蛋白分类类型。
