一般描述
从刀豆（Canavalia ensiformis）中分离的伴刀豆球蛋白A（Con A）是甘露糖或葡萄糖特异性结合凝集素。凝集素是四聚体，每个亚基都具有糖结合位点。Con A可以通过葡萄聚糖亲和层析分离。
应用
伴刀豆球蛋白A（Con A）已用于酶的固定化。
用于纯化含甘露糖的糖蛋白。
生化/生理作用
伴刀豆球蛋白A（Con A）是一种T细胞有丝分裂原，可激活淋巴细胞。

分析说明
