应用

里氏木霉来源纤维素酶已用于:

  • 纸格的酶解
Sigma的纤维素酶已用于将纤维寡糖降解为葡萄糖,以研究生物可吸收细菌纤维素(BBC)的生物降解性。

生化/生理作用

纤维素酶可与β-葡萄糖苷酶络合,将纤维二糖降解为葡萄糖聚合物。秸秆和糠醛残留物所含的木质素会阻碍纤维素酶生产。
