应用

羧基-PTIO钾盐通过检查反应混合物中羟基自由基或硝酸的生成情况,确定反应混合物中一氧化氮的生成情况。还可添加至神经元,分析其对葡萄糖/氧气/血清剥夺(GOSD)状态的影响(4)

生化/生理作用

其与一氧化氮反应可形成羧基-PTI衍生物,产物可进一步抑制一氧化氮合成酶的活性。
羧基-PTIO可以与一氧化氮(NO)快速反应生成二氧化氮(NO2)。 可用于预防 体内脂多糖刺激引起的低血压和内毒素性休克。羧基-PTIO还可以阻断 体外 NO刺激造成的血管松弛。
