一般描述

半胱天冬酶是具有相似结构和底物特异性的蛋白酶,根据其氨基酸序列同源性可分为三个亚家族。单克隆抗半胱天冬酶11(大鼠IgG2a同种型)源自小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与小鼠半胱天蛋白酶11的重组p30亚基免疫的大鼠脾细胞融合产生的17D9杂交瘤。 半胱天冬酶 11(也称为Ich-3)基因编码两个38和43 kDa的蛋白产物,其属于半胱氨酸蛋白酶的Ced3 / ICE家族。半胱天冬酶11是具有长前肽结构域(prodomain)的“上游”半胱天冬酶。半胱天冬酶11已在鼠中鉴定出,并与人半胱天冬酶4和5具有同源性。
