生化/生理作用

单位定义

在pH 5.0，37℃条件下，一个单位在一个小时内可从纤维素中释放1.0 μmole葡萄糖（孵育时间为2小时）。

制备说明

在浓度为3mg/mL的0.15聚六亚甲基双胍（PHMB）存在下，溶于无菌去离子（DI）水中。
