Biochem/physiol Actions

耐药性机制：使用氯霉素乙酰转移酶会使产物乙酰化并使其失活。

抗菌谱：这是一种针对革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性细菌的广谱抗生素，主要用于眼科和兽医目的。

Disclaimer

储备溶液应储存于 -8°C，并在 37°C 下可稳定保存 5 天。 水溶液在宽 pH 值范围内呈中性且稳定，290 天后发生 50% 的水解。 使用硼砂缓冲溶液可将此数字降低到 14%。 溶液应避光，因为光化学分解会导致溶液变黄。 在 115°C 下加热水溶液 30 分钟会导致氯霉素损失 10%。
