一般描述

卵清蛋白占蛋清蛋白总量的75%。
鸡蛋清白蛋白是蛋白的主要蛋白成分。鸡蛋清白蛋白是磷酸化糖蛋白。根据氨基酸序列,分子的肽部分由 385 个残基组成,分子量为 42.7kDa。

应用

清蛋白(源于鸡蛋清)还用于研究输液(初乳乳清、牛奶乳清、羊水)对于胎猪肠道卵清蛋白 (OVA)吸收的影响。
磷酸化糖蛋白,可用作蛋白质电泳的标记物(~45kDa)。已被用于生产哮喘的动物模型。
