生化/生理作用

鲁米诺(Luminol)是一种对氧化还原敏感的化学发光化合物。[4][5]含有氧原子的鲁米诺碱性水溶液接触铁氰化钾等氧化剂时，会发出蓝光。[4]这种成分具有很高的稳定性，适用于分析化学、冶金、生物化学、法医学等各个领域的活性物质检测。[5]鲁米诺有望检测氧化代谢缺陷（如慢性肉芽肿病和髓过氧化物酶缺乏症）期间的离体中性粒细胞缺陷。[5]
