Biochem/physiol Actions

General description
使用免疫印迹法（42kDa），小鼠单克隆抗-β-肌动蛋白-过氧化物酶抗体特应性地位于各种组织和物种的β肌动蛋白上。抗体与人、牛、羊、猪、兔、猫、狗、小鼠、大鼠豚鼠、鸡、鲤鱼和Hirudo medicinalis （水蛭）组织中 表达的β-肌动蛋白交叉反应，但与Dictyostelium discoideum阿米巴虫或Drosophila中表达的蛋白无反应。
在鸡砂囊超薄组织冷冻切片的染色中，抗体对致密体和由结蛋白和膜相关的致密斑所占据的纵向通道连接的连续致密体进行了标记。它不会对成人的心脏和骨骼肌进行染色，除非是受到了非肌肉细胞样本的污染，或是使用了胚胎组织。
