一般描述
H+/K+-ATPase是胃质子泵,是P型阳离子转运腺苷5′-三磷酸酶(ATPase)家族的成员。H+/K+-ATPase由一个大的跨膜催化α亚基组成,其中包含ATP结合和磷酸化的位点。该ATP酶还具有较小的糖蛋白(β)亚基,其可能在维持复合物的结构和功能完整性中起作用。小鼠单克隆抗H+/K+ ATPase(β亚基)与牛,狗,猪,兔,小鼠,雪貂和大鼠组织中的H+/K+-ATPase β亚基结合。通过免疫印迹,该抗体可检测各种形式的β亚基,包括60-80 kDa糖基化蛋白,52 kDaβ亚基前体和34 kDa核心肽。
