糖苷内切酶H或称内切β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶H是一种糖水解酶。它由褶皱链霉菌和其它链霉菌种产生。

生化/生理作用

糖苷内切酶H参与裂解高甘露糖型糖中聚糖链核心中两个N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖(GlcNAc)残基之间的N-连接的聚糖。

单位定义

在37℃、pH5.5条件下,一个单位可在每分钟内从1 μmole变性核糖核酸酶B中释放N-连接的寡糖。
