Biochem/physiol Actions
苯甲基磺酰氟（PMSF）是丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂。它与蛋白酶的活性位点残基共价结合，抑制蛋白水解活性。PMSF可用在蛋白纯化过程中的细胞裂解物缓冲液中，防止靶蛋白降解。PMSF可有效抑制纳洛酮促发的戒断跳跃。
施用PMSF可产生与其抗胆碱酯酶作用无关的镇痛作用，并延长中枢给药的β-内啡肽的镇痛作用。

Intraperitoneal (IP) injection of the serine proteinase inhibitor phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride (PMSF) produced dose-dependent analgesia in Sprague-Dawley rats.
