General description
TBE（Tris/硼酸/EDTA）缓冲液通常用于核酸电泳。TBE溶液在弱碱性条件下能够有效保持DNA的去质子化、水溶性以及防止DNA降解。该浓缩液可以在使用前轻松稀释至1倍或0.5倍（用分子生物学级水）。
