General description
组胺是通过L-组氨酸脱羧酶使组氨酸发生脱羧而衍生出的一种亲水性胺。组胺已在多种生理过程中显示出作用,如胃分泌、神经传递、免疫反应、血管舒张和炎症。 此外,已有研究报道了组胺二盐酸盐与白介素2(IL-2)在治疗急性髓细胞性白血病和预防酒精引起的大鼠肝损伤中的作用。
